The total cost is about $36 million, but the ballot question is to affirm Town Council’s appropriation of $35 million. The remaining $1 million is already approved and will come from CPA funds if the larger funding order is ratified. And remember, “appropriated” funds include the MBLC grant, private fundraising, CPA award, and other sources of money in addition to the Town’s general revenue.
