Get Outside for a Walk in the Woods! – Any Day

It’s another hot one ahead and a walk in the woods along a cool stream sounds dreamy. This week, wander along the Emily Dickinson Trail, one of 14 “Literary Trails”in Amherst. Over a dozen trails named after authors, poets and artists that have lived in Amherst bring outdoor enthusiasts to the many special places and refuges found in the community. The Emily Dickinson Trail is an easy trail that begins in Groff Park and meanders along the Fort River to South East Street. Explore some of the other Literary Trails this summer! Free. MORE
